@chron
Just so you know chron, LG are actually the largest electronics manufacturer in the world, and also the largest manufacturer of LCD panels. With the exception of samsung and sony products, almost all other LCD screens on the market are actually rebadged panels from other manufacturers, with different circuit boards and software.

If you're using an LCD monitor right now that isn't samsung or sony, odds are very good that the panel inside is either LG, Samsung, or Sony in origin, with most of the share going to LG.

Also, LG actually share their LCD screen production plant with Philips.

Add onto that that in quite a lot of places, 'Made in' can amount to 'assembled in' or even 'designed in'. The actual production can be entirely in china, as long as the bits are put together in the country it says on the label.

I agree with this, but instead of email the "offending company and complain" and wait for an official reply that will sound something like "We are professionals. We don't know what your password looks like because the password is sent to you automatically [blah blah...]" you could just change your password again after you gain access to your account. simple.

Greg Jorgensen :Nice articles. Every single one of these tricks are documented in the PHP online docs, so if you’re a PHP programmer getting paid to write PHP, and you don’t know about default function arguments or the ternary operator, you need to stop surfing the web for a while and visit php.net and read the annotated documentation. Just skim so you have some subconscious memory of the features.
It’s not things like short open tags and “hard to read” ternary expressions that plague PHP code; it’s programmers who don’t know the language and are surprised by things they find in articles like this. More than half of the freelance work I get is rewriting crap PHP some freelancer copied from a book, so I’m very used to seeing the kinds of gyrations programmers go through to do things the language already does.

Yes, apparently you can.
